I have 4 of the latest version of these and just couldn't figure out where to put 2 or 4 more. If you have the need or the urge to build your own 18" sub you can't beat the bang for the buck and ease of build of one of theses. You can buy a 4cuft box from Parts Express, some wire, terminal cup paint and the sub and be at $325 not counting an amp. Building you own box would knock it down $100

Better for those east of the Mississippi because of shipping costs.
