Ashtrays - Whatcha got ?

My newest favorite for two reasons:

1) it was gifted to me from a great botl @CgarDan

2) I have been to this establishment many times, and this ashtray brings back a lot of good memories (some of them kinda hazy).

My garage tray…just a little repurposed cigarette piece from back in the day that my grandfather gave me.

Do t remember where I bought it from but I thought a tobacco leaf ashtray would be cool. I really like it.

I needed this like I needed a hole in the head. It’s 8” across and probably 3 or 4 lbs. picked it up at an antique shop for $20.

Some time ago I collaborated with @Shootr a very talented metal worker and came up with this.

It's a keg turned inside out with some clever bits added on.

My sister and BIL like to go Thrift shopping. On trips down to Branson, I'll join them for a day. We are always on the lookout for a unique (even weird) ashtray to live on my front porch. My favorites so far have been one of those old five gallon metal milk jugs and a toilet. Don't think the HOA would be too happy about that one. This has turned into one of those things where the chase is probably much cooler that the actual purchase.

This came today. Ebay score. I looked at it a couple weeks ago and recently the seller made an offer. I counter offered and they bit at $20 plus shipping.

Looks to be NOS, came in the original box. Nice size. The ingenious design caught my eye with 5 rests and a place for cigar detritus. Someone put some thought into it. It will be something I can leave on the porch and not worry so much about. Its some type of plastic and hollow underneath.
