Faint sweetness but mostly bland and bitter. Cigarette aftertaste. I don’t typically like connecticuts. But a “bad” cigar is like “bad” sex or pizza - unless it’s terrible I’m probably gonna finish it.

First one of these I’ve tried. Strong molasses start from the camaroon wrapper followed by wood and coffee. Developing leather, pepper and cedar. Square box press with some minor burn issues. Decent stick.

I don’t know why I thought I should try this. Cigar Page compares it to Ashton VSG. And a Karmann Ghia is a 911. First five pulls are straight bar soap like I swore in front of my mother. Patiently, I get rye bread, nutmeg, some ligero sweetness…and more soap. Perfect construction, perfectly bad taste. Contrary to what I said earlier about finishing a bad cigar this one was just too bad. Lesson learned.
