AJ Man O’ War Puro Autentico Maduro
Pigtailed closed foot corona. Raisin and clove cold draw. Punch of black pepper got my eyes open and the powerful retro cleared my sinuses immediately. Leather, raisin, earth, milder pepper. Two minor touchups. Coffee and cocoa coming through. Oak, espresso and slightly sweet finish. Great 45 minute breakfast smoke with coffee.

I took a chance and bough a bundle of these on sale, the price was right.
They should rest for a few months but I could not wait to try one, so only after a week of rest I firerd one up today.
Wow, interesting first flavors, I can tell this is going to take me for a ride!

‘04 RyJ Hermosos No. 2 EL 6 1/8 X 48 - Cold Draw Strawberry - first draws bittersweet chocolate, mocha, dark chocolate fudge - retro brings dark roast coffee - passive aromas wheat toast - second third chocolate soufflé & apple fritter - getting progressively sweeter and more refined as we go - final third cherries jubilee, saltwater taffy & cream soda. At the nub got some amazing chocolate phosphate flavors. Stunning! Two hours.
Definitely. I haven’t been that impressed with that release. But they seem to be getting a little better.
