Sorry I wasn't specific enough.  I'm not much of a sweets guy.  I do enjoy it but won't crave it.  Late night snacks = a meal to me.  For example, last night, I was really hungry after dinner.  I had a boca burger (0.5g fat / 13 g protein per serving) at 7pm.  Then I got hungry around 10pm and ate a tuna sandwich, a bowl of spaghetti, a banana, can of green beans, and more tuna.  I was still hungry after that. My friends went to Wendys at about 12am and ordered food.  I resisted, came home, and just went to sleep instead.  
I was so close to ordering my ususal: jr. bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, chili, and jr. cheeseburger delux.  that meal in itself is approx 1500 calories.  I guess I had A LITTLE self control last night.  But it was a close call. :laugh:
edit: so as you can see, those little snacks do little to nothing to me to surpress my hunger.
