Hillbilly Steaks
Dr. BBQ
I was just reading Rod's thread about the Big Vegas trip and he mentioned Casa Fuente and their Tangerine Mojitos! I'm usually not a huge fan of the mixed drinks, but I have really gotten a taste for these damn mojito's!
My simple mojito Recipe
6-8 Mint Leaves
1/2 of a lime sliced
2 spoon fulls of sugar
mash everything up good in the bottom of the glass.
Fill glass with Ice.
2 oz rum
Fill the rest with Club soda.
Stir well.
We also have a good mojito rimmer that the wife bought at target that is pretty good.

Tangerine Mojito
Tangerine, $12
Ingredients
2 ounces Montecristo Rum
0.75 ounces rock candy syrup
2 ounces soda water
1 tbsp. canned tangerine slices
4-5 lime wedges
7-10 fresh mint leaves
Place mint, limes, syrup and tangerines into shaker and muddle. Add ice, rum and soda and pour into Collins glass. Garnish with sugarcane stick and mint.
While leaves are turning in the rest of the country, it’s still summer in Vegas and that means it’s still time for mojitos—especially when they’re sweetened up with oranges.
