Gag Reflex

You guys have wives who still gag?? Must not have been married long enough to need a girlfriend for that......
 
If you smack her in the back of the head periodically it will take her mind off the gagging and it will stop.

Okay Wade, you want a serious answer? You want help with this problem? Are you sure you can handle a real answer? Here it is: Quit smoking cigars and smoke cigarettes instead, you only use your lips for that and you won't gag. Send me all your cigars and your humidor and I will take care of them for you. If you ever get over this gag thing I will return whatever cigars are left. My addy is in my profile! ;)

By the way this gag thing sounds like a gag to me. Youre not having your way with us are you Wade?
 
No BT, it was a serious question, Bronco fan, I knew I'd take my share here, but just thought maybe I'd find a diamond in the rough in the way of some sound advice. It's been entertaining to say the least.
 
OK Wade, here is a real answer, although it sounds weird, I have a friend that this has happened to. Use Breathe Right Snore Relief, I guess somehow it numbs or something and it will stop the gag reflex.
 
Wow. What a thread this has been.

But let me take a crack at it anyway. When I brush teeth, I finish by brushing my tongue. When I do this, I tend to gag unless I am pushing up with my tongue against the brush. If you get the gag reflex, try pushing your tongue upward and forward against your teeth and palate.

When the tongue lolls around loose, low and toward the back of the oral cavity is when the gag reflex is most readily triggered.
