Miller has just release a chocolate lager in 4 packs for the holidays. I tried a couple of 'em and they are definitely chocolate!!! Never had a beer with this strong of a choco flavor. In a lager it is that much more noticable.

Not bad, but a change of pace. Let me know your thoughts. I'm not sure if this is regional or national.

Youngs make a chocolate stout which is VERY good.
The chocolate may mean the type of barley or hops
You can also buy an Oyster stout which has a small amount of Oysters in the brew,You must like dark beers and stouts to enjoy them

I believe that it is a national release. I have seen it here, but just couldn't pull the trigger to try it.

It might be tasty but I like my beer to taste like beer, I am not even crazy about the microbrew flavours e.g. Honeywheat, cherry beer, even tried a blueberry ale... yuck.

I'd have to agree, but I'd try one just the same so I can be sure. Quade, maybe we can get a couple for tomorrow!

I'm sure we can find some, Wade. I have two left in my fridge. I'll bring 'em along in case we don't get to the pub. FYI, it was a regional release. I believe Twin Cities, Chicago, Milwaukee, Clevland and a few others were included.

It has a stronger chocolate flavor than the Young's. Not something you can drink a six pack.....

You should try Youngs Double Chocolate Stout.
It goes great with a PAM.
(That's a Padron Anniversary Maduro for all you newbe's) ;)

Santa turned me on to the Young's Double Chocolate Stout. Hell of a guy

Quade, I called a buddy of mine who lives in Milw, he's not a member here, may have been at one time if I remember correctly, but I keep in touch with him through my motorcycle site and another cigar site. He's gonna try to make it also, I hope he can, he's a hell of a man and one of the most knowledgeable cigar guys I know.

But he won't go to Lake Country, I'll explain that one tomorrow.

Wade,

Ask him if he'll go to Silk. We can smoke cigars there. May even lose a few singles too......

Got to feed the boobies

The more the better, Wade. He can have an Anejo too!
