Free Zippo from Marlboro

Go to the site and pretend you smoke cancer sticks. Just got my lighter yesterday, it is a plain no frills zippo, but hey, it is free.

Now to find one of those butane inserts for this baby.

I signed up about 5 or 6 weeks ago.

It does not say anything about the zippo, but that is what you get for signing up.

I ran across this over at the CS forums. Wanted to make sure I was really getting a lighter before I posted it here.

Great service, although the lighter is not as good as my main more expensive lighter, it works pretty damn good for 15 bucks.

I use my Zplus from Heartfelt as my main lighter. I use only triple refined butane. I had some trouble at first but learned that you must turn the knob to the (-) sign instead of the (+) sign. Additionally butane won't light when it's cold. Since, I've turned the knob to (-) I have had absolutely no problems lighting any cigar. Additionally, I've often been complimented on how cool my "Zippo" is.

Personally, I highly recommend the product.

Edited to add: BTW, these Marlboro guys used to come into the DC bars (when it was legal to smoke in them) all the time. You would hand them your driver's license, answer 3 questions, and they'd give you a free zippo. Very cool. Since then I've gotten free stuff from Marlboro included a nice credit-card type bottle opener and some nice playing cards.

The lighter may already be ruined. I ruined a lighter once because I didn't use triple refined butane - I just got any old drugstore fluid. There are ways of "cleaning" it out but I was unable to do it. Either way, good luck. It's only $11 - so not too big of a deal.
