Good God man that is F'd up :0 . By the looks of it UPS? Let me guess contact the shipper regarding the poor packaging? My condolences to you, I figured I would be a victim by now with all of the online purchasing. Hasn't happend and hope it doesn't, let us know how it turns out good luck.
 
Damn UPS...those Under Paid Slaves. Bummer about your smokes...File a claim with UPS and show them the pics.
 
I feel your pain. Good Luck with "Yellow". Hopefully they'll be better to deal with then "Brown". UPS is impossible.
 
good luck w/ that bro. i had a cbid box come like that from dhl and 2x of my perdomo silvios were dust and a box of miamis were almost destroyed. luckily, CI was kind enough to fix the problem.

If I were the delivery guy, I'd be embarrassed to even drop off a package like that.

Man, oh man! I hope the retailer takes care of that one and doesn't leave tha up to you to sort out???
 
Do you have any pictures of how it was packaged, I know there are a lot of people who want to see how this retailer is packing up their sticks.

they dont care..none of them do.


My mailman will get out his car, walk all the way around his car, but wont go up two steps and walk another 8 feet to my door. He stands at the steps and tosses my packages from there. Ive caught him doing this more than once and reported him. All I do is waste my time.


Bastard broke the glass cover on my cohibas one time!

WHAT? I've had problems w/ my carrier in the past, but this is ridiculous. If I were you, I'd get a package sent to me and make sure to tape this happening. Then report it and send it to the Post Master.
 
WOW!!!

That's awful, but it happens. Hopefully your retailer will replace. Based on past experiences I refuse to let any retailers ship products to me via the Yellow trucks. The guys that work for Brown and my mail carrier do a great job for me.

Damn... that was a scary freakin' package :(
