Heya guys, just wanted to let you now they have my internet up and running after almost 45 days of up and down problems with the last 20 completely down. We had 3 distinct problems, some 2 port something or another on the pole, a bad amplifier on the property which we had to bypass and noise coming from our side of the property which was surpassing FCC regs. I just have to say this, COMCAST IS A JOKE. It took more than 10 tech visits to figure this out. I had a maintenance crew say they showed up and did a job, which they didn't and ended up getting caught after I called corporate. Every time I called and asked for a supervisor I was put on hold for over ten minutes and then hung up on, this happened nine different times. I called Corporate again and let them know what was happening, they tried to get the supervisor and were hung up on as well. I'll try and get back with the guys that PMed as soon as I can.
