Normally I don't say much, but sometimes I just have to open my big opinionated mouth. I own and operate my own internet based company so I know what word of mouth means to little guys like me. So here is the word from my mouth.

I placed an order last week for the 2004 Forbidden X Lanceros at Jack Schwartz. They have always treated me very well with quick shipping and good prices. Today I recieved an email aplogizing for the delay in responding, but they had been searching for the set that they thought they had in stock. Alas, it wasn't meant to be. But they didn't let it go at we are sorry. They generously offered to ship me 4 BBMF in lieu of the lanceros at a steal of a price.

I just wanted to let everyone to know what kind of outstanding service and honest business that they do there. I would send anyone their way with the knowlege they will be treated well.

For small business great customer service goes a long way, good to hear it's out there, I certainly will check 'em out on my next purchase based on your comments.

I have to echo the same statement. The guys over at Jack Schwartz have always been fantastic to work with. Glad they took care of you like they did, thanks for sharing! :thumbs:
 
Good for you to post this, vendors that go beyond to ensure their customers are happy deserve support.
