Mark Just at Tower Cigars has always provided me with friendly customer service which was second to none. Yesterday he outdid himself.


I called Mark and asked him if he could help me choose a great box of cigars which I wanted to donate to a charity golf outing for their silent auction. I asked what he had that would be special since this cause/event was personally close to me. Long story short, an elderly friend (Jack) has had two grandsons die in a car and motorcycle crash three years apart and has organized this event for 10 years running and uses the money to provide scholarships to the high school the boys attended. It has become a huge event with truly exception items in the silent auction, this year's guest speaker will be Romeo Crennel, the head coach of the Cleveland Browns, and numerous players will be present.

Let me just say that Mark went well beyond any expectation and has earned my respect as a true BOTL and a quality human being!

Mark is good people. I go to his place often and enjoy the service, the company, and the cigars every time!
 
Thank you for this post, I"ve never used Mark's store, but I will definitely put him in my bookmarks! Great job on both your parts and I wish the event the best of luck! :thumbs:
 
Just a brief update:

The outing went very well, my son and I won the scramble at 12 under par, and my son won the long drive contest.

The cigars were greatly appreciated, and raised $400 toward the charity.

I would not normally reply to a thread like this, but Mark Just is simply one of the best service vendors I have ever worked with. That Mark would help out your event is not surprising in the least.
