My Pepin Generoso was also severly damaged.......I emailed them and no reply yet...

I'm ok with it.. the damage to mine is minor and won't effect the smoke itself. It just looks a lil banged up.. Considering I ended up paying about 50% for the stick (less than $3), I'll enjoy it the way it is.

i'm in their COTM club and i've never had a problem with shipping....

They shipped 5 Gurkhas my first month with TONS of bubble wrap and a humi-pillow

and cBid is a site i absolutly love...fast shipping and even better service....I got the wrong thing once and they sent me the right one and told me to keep the others...

ok so i typed it a little bit fast which is normal for me. I apolagize for any mis-comunication I am alphabetically challenged and know it. I have to type so many damn memos and standard operatring procedures I tend to get sloppy in my personal communication.

finally got ahold of them and they are replacing all the damaged sticks and they also apologized numerous times to they get a A in my book for cust service....

so i take it you're in the military....i'm also in the military (marines)....i understand where you're coming from, thats why i use a bunch of periods to express myself....you can tell exactly where one thought ends and the other begins...
