Working fine here. I'd clear your browser cache and DNS resolver cache and try again.

Browser cache - locally stored files maintained automatically by your browser to speed up page loads. They sometimes get corrupted or stale and the cache management doesn't refresh them properly. Open your browser:
FireFox (who uses anything else): Tools -> Options -> "Network" Tab -> Cache -> "Clear Now"
IE7: In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete. Click Delete files, and then click Yes. Click Close, and then click OK.
DNS Resolver Cache: When you type "cigarpass.com" your browser heads out to a Domain Name System server, to get the correct IP address for the name you typed. This information is also cached (stored) locally to speed up browsing. Like the broswer cache, it can get stale, out of date, and incorrect. You can flush it in Windows by:
- Start - > Run -> type "CMD" (without the quotes) and hit return (Opens a command line window. We used to call it a "DOS" window but no one these days knows what that is.... :laugh: )
- On the command line, type: "ipconfig /flushdns" (no quotes) and hit return.
Do the above, and reboot, just to be sure. I'll bet the problem goes away.....

or in Windows: Start > Run > cmd [Enter]; in Command Prompt Window: ipconfig /flushdns; restart your browser [IE | Firefox] ... no need to reboot. FWIW.

Always works at home, and just off & on at work. It was like this all last week, fine yesterday and back to this weird screen this morning.
Cache is cleared every time I close the browser, but the "DNS Resolver Cache" you speak foreign tongues of, has never been done to the best of my knowledge (not by me, anyway, and I'm the only one with access to my laptop). So, me being ignorant of such stuff, would that cause an intermittent issue???

This happens sometimes. But I know it's the ISP because when it starts to happen a bunch of other sites stop working too. It's something to do with the DNS/Zone/server settings and how they conflict with the funky ISP (time warner)... I'd guess.
Funny you mentioned this... About 3 weeks ago we completed an IP migration - the server is now using a new set of IP's. The final cut-over date is a few days away, so your post was a bit alarming. 
Looks like it is definitely an ISP related issue though. Tell them to update their DNS listings.

.....some guy already suggested flushing your DNS resolver cache. It takes about four seconds and it's free. Might prevent you from changing your DNS lookup server and having to do it anyway..... :whistling:
