It looks like they're sizes exclusive to CI / Cigar.com.
On CI, the 1932 CG are $270 for the box, the 8&11 $222. For the 8&11, CI lists them as Belicoso, but the measurements are the same.

Sure those 8/11s and 1932s are a great price, but I bet those lead tainted toys from China were also dirt cheap.
