To the wiser brothers I have the following request.

I have fallen victim to the lust for the Cohiba Robusto.

Is there an alternative I can try to help satiate this lust or am I doomed?

Helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

dave-

i would consider the vr famoso. not exactly the same, but a good robusto value.

$12 per is not bad for one of the finest sticks you'll ever smoke. And no, there is no substitute :)

Pick up a box. You won't be sorry.

Drew thanks for the suggetion. I give it a try sometime.

Lucasbuck, you are right $12 per stick wouldn't be so bad. I have not found them for that price point though.

Kind of figured there was no substitute, but I had to ask.

That Cohiba favor is just awesome, and as noted above these are particulary good.

F the Robo's.... is that Adriana Lima? ? ? ???

Adriana Lima, why yes it is.

Nice isn't she?

TBaGZ, lol, if a picture is worth a 1,000 words, I think there is a message for me here.

Agreed, you are screwed and unless you are in Spain I haven't found a reliable source at 12/stick.
Furthermore, while a solid smoke even fresh, this is one of the cigars that most dramatically improves with age.
Whenever I buy some, I put away at least half for at least a few years.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

I just ordered a box of 25 CORO's, but I am now officially out of room in my vino.

....might give the Bolivar Royal Corona a test drive, as well. Some nicely aged ones floating around.

'Course, you might end up liking both of them in which case you're REALLY screwed.....

Have fun - B.B.S.

Wait till you try one with some age on it............talk about screwed

Thanks for the recommendation, it's appreciated.

Yeah, that's really more important than finding sticks at rock bottom prices. It's also the only screwing I'd happily take :D
