Need a little transaction advice please

Who has he bought from before? My online banking lets me look at copies of old checks, I bet there is a routing/account number on there for someone he has done business with in the past.. I bet his bank wouldn't be too happy to hear one of their customers is up to this sort of thing.
 
Wow this is sad a BOTL would pull this on someone I hope he grows a set of balls and pays up if not then Ban him hell even if he does pay up his ass should be banned rp

I can verify that I bought this RP/Tat sampler from him a while back. I sent m.o. first and had stick within a week. I had no problems. Sorry to hear this has happened. Rod pay the man his money.

Wow, dude I am sorry to hear whats going on here. I 100% know what you are going through right now planning for a wedding. Because I am in the process of planing one as well (July 25th). But I was blessed that her family is going to pay for basically the whole thing. So on that note, I would love to offer you any help once so ever. I know I am a newbie, but this hurts me on the spot. A man like you trying to start a new life with one you love, and you get this kind of shit. BS. :angry:. But you got my up most respect on this situation, handling it like you got some balls unlike Rod.

If any thing, Ill fly out to Cali and release a couple of pit bulls, that my sister and brother in law breeds, at him. I can make that work :laugh:

I'm going to echo the above sentiments! I recently got married and started a family as well, I know the worries and pressures you are feeling on a daily basis without having to deal with this crap. If there is any way I can help out whatsoever let me know.

People like Rod are despicable, and it's a shame that this has to go on in a place that seems to have so many great brothers.

Not a bad idea, although the ban process seems to work ok. Taking your idea a little further, it might be worth it for Rod (or Wilkey, or another FOG) to create a sticky thread for buy/sell/trade related bans, with the offender's tag, real name, address if relevant, link to the story of why they got banned. The more I think about it, the more I like it, actually; it's part of keeping standards here, and being seen to keep standards.
 
Just a thought...as far as I know, Moki still has the Scumbags List at vitolas.net, so there's already a good resource for this stuff out there. Rehrlich isn't on it yet, but he should be.

How are you going to do that? When a guy is bad, he is listed as such, you can't know before the fact.

This guy has been on CP since June 07. You don't ask a guy that's been here for over a year to send his end first. Unfortunately, the only way you are going to
find out if he is a low life, is when something like this happens. At this point, you can get the guy put onto the list.

The problem with the list is that it does not recover your damages, it just stops this kind of thing happening again (hopefully) because the low life's disappear.

I'd stay away from doing that kind of thing.

But from the looks of what was in those samplers you had listed MAS_Puros, I don't see any reason not to call the cops and the Postal Inspectors office...

Nothing like a federal investigation for Postal Fraud to get a person right! I notifed a person of this on another forum I belong to about an outstanding debt that I used the US Mail to transact my business with. Needless to say I got resolution ASAP!
