Cello off?

I have yet to participate in a pass of trade (trying to remedy that) and have a question before I join one. Should the cello be left on the cigar for a trade or pass. I didn't see anything in the "Rules of a Cigar Pass"

I'm in a similar situation. Noob, not participated in any trades or passes, and have lots of questions.

But, I do have an opinion on the matter. I say, trade & pass as you acquired them if at all possible. I'd rather not think about all the "meatbeaters" that have touched a naked cigar.

Yes, if it comes in cello, you should leave it on to help protect the cigar...not really a rule, just common sense.
 
Just read through the thread thinking I would pile on: keep the cello! Then I read "palio v xikar". I do love the good humor on here!
