Hey folks,

I just moved a few days ago and my new address is in my profile, along with the old one, so yeah... I have nothing further to report except for the new place is MUCH MUCH cheaper, and therefore I shall be buying more cigars!

The move-in/moving-out costs beat my wallet to hell, but I'll recover in a few days here. Anyone else hate that? :whistling:

When I was living in my apartment with my then girlfriend (now wife ...) we lived like kings. Going on vacations at the drop of a phone call, acting like royalty.. As soon as we got the house it was, and has been ever since a constant struggle. Add a kid to that mix and a job that makes you work close to 90 hrs a week. Yeah, that sucks. I dream that one day I will end up back in that apartment, if for nothing else, just to feel what its like to live like royalty one more time... I know this post is close to irrelevant to what you asked so for a simple answer... Yes, I hate that as well..

My experience has been exactly the opposite of you. I wouldn't go back to apartment living unless it was the last measure available to me.

By move... did you mean you watched the movers take all your shit to your new pad while you hobbled in?

Zing. :)

CALL ME DANGIT!!! Or I call your ass out!

That would be contingent on my cellular carrier not being douche bags. I should have a cell within a week. Then, I promise, I'll call you. But... not gonna lie, you're kinda creepy TBH IMO FYI KTHX.

My wife and I just moved into our first house a couple of weeks ago and it was not fun. You never realize how much crap you have until you have to move it. So far it is much better than living in an apartment. Yes, it costs more but not having people right above you and right next to you is priceless. I have been sick for two weeks though so I haven't got to celebrate the new house with a smoke yet... :(

Sooo....you're saying I'm BENEATH your status now? :( I thought we was friends. I see, can't befriend a Spaniard, and a cop anyhow.

Ahhh, the joys of moving. Enjoy your new place!
Thanks Andrew! I think I am going to follow your "new neighbor" advice and try to make nice with my next door neighbor. I normally hate anyone I live near, and keep to myself, and make it a brazen habit of cleaning all my weapons on the patio for all to see...but when we moved in I saw a hallway smoked maduro torp and an empty bottle of Fat Tire on my neighbor's patio table.

I'm thinking of saying "Hello" with a 5'er, a bottle of Rogue's Shakespeare, and a post-it with www.cigarpass.com written on it.

Of course you're beneath my status, but you already knew that.
