Here is one of those forwarded emails everyone hates....

But I thought it was amusing because I'm a breadman. I know these drivers and I'm going to ask today if this is true. I'll post back to let whoever is interested know.

The Budweiser Story

(not a joke)

This is TRUE!

How Budweiser handled those who laughed at those

who died on the 11th of September,
2001...

Thought you might like to know what happened

in a little town north of Bakersfield , California

After you finish reading this,

please forward this story on to others

so that our nation and people around the world

will know about those who laughed

when they found out about the tragic events

in New York , Pennsylvania , and the Pentagon.

On September 11th,

A Budweiser employee was making a delivery

to a convenience store in a California town

named McFarland.

He knew of the tragedy that had occurred

in New York when he entered the business

to find the two Arabs, who owned the business, whooping and hollering to show their approval

and support of this treacherous attack.

The Budweiser employee went to his truck,

called his boss and told him

of the very upsetting event!

He didn't feel he could be in that store with those

horrible people. His boss asked him,

'Do you think you could go in there long enough

to pull every Budweiser product and item

our beverage company sells there?

We'll never deliver to them again.'

The employee walked in,

proceeded to pull every single product his

beverage company provided and left

with an incredible grin on his face.

He told them never to bother to call for

a delivery again.

Budweiser happens to be the beer of choice

for that community.

Just letting you know how Kern County

handled this situation. And Now

The Rest Of The Story:

It seems that the Bud driver and the Pepsi man

are neighbors. Bud called Pepsi and told him.

Pepsi called his boss who told him to

pull all Pepsi products as well!!!

That would include Frito Lay, etc.

Furthermore, word spread and

all vendors followed suit! At last report, on June 26, 2009,
Fareed Katib closed the store and filed bankruptcy!

Good old American

Passive-Aggressive A$$ Whoopin!

that we're all working together!

If you can read this.

Thank a teacher...

If you are reading it in English....

THANK A SOLDIER!!!

True or not, one thing stories like this do is give people hope. Someone took the time to think about this and type it up to send around to people and show there are still red blooded Americans out there that care about the standard and not just the dollar. I like this story.

Yeah.... I asked my BUDWISER buddies about it today. They said it was one of those urban legends... but they wish they could do it to some of their accounts right now today!

LMAO!!!

True or not, one thing stories like this do is paint a negative picture of American citizens of Middle Eastern descent. Someone took the time to think about this and type it up to send around to people and show that there is still good reason to be afraid of brown people who care about radical religions and not America. I hate these stories.

In the rare exception I ever fwd a fwd, I take the time to edit it, take out the extra exclamation points, fix the formatting, and remove all the nonsense about how this is a true story. I also do my homework to uncover stories that are patently BS.

I won't apologize for my point of view. What I will say is that my point of view is biased based on what I have lived through. I'm not so narrow minded to think that all of the Middle Eastern people are bad, evil doers. Having been deployed twice, I have watched Iraq build itself up a long ways and there are Iraqi's here that want a change in there country and work for that.

When I stated stories like this give the people hope I meant it, because the story was based against a Middle Eastern person/people that were celebrating an attack against my nation, my people and what I stand for. And when it comes to my nation, my people and what I stand for I will bleed on the Flag to keep the Stripes Red.

You are entitled to your opinion and that is the great thing about America, that you can have your own opinion. I am also entitled to mine. So we will agree to disagree on this subject and probably many more. What we can agree on is that we are hear for our common love/obsession/hobby of cigars. So let us get back to that.

Too bad it's not true! If we as Americans worried more about "right and wrong" rather than "rights of the wrong" we may never have experienced 9-11
