I work nights, monday through friday, so Saturday and Sunday are the only nights that work for me, but that shouldn't stop y'all from going for the traditional friday, one day earlier.

How about a little earlier on Saturday? We could herf at Olde Towne until 1900 hrs (SDT) There is a BBQ place within walking distance. They have a porch with rocking chairs and picnic tables.
Best of all they don't sweat you when you smoke. Better best yet they have Stone.
