Have you tried gargeling with with a bit of salt and water? It helps reduce the swelling and stops the bleeding.
You may find that by just opening the lid for a few minutes (5-10) may get the humidity to settle down. This will only work though if you live in a low humidity area.

In California, it seems that any of the AF OpusX's or Anejo's are hard to get, at a reasonable price. The Power Ranger and BBMF's are probably the most difficult here. Very strong cigars (knock you on your butts).
Both are very good, if you like the very strong cigars.
