Thanks for the review.  I've got a few of these on the way, although I haven't smoked one in years.  I'm looking forward to it.

I bought two boxes of Fumas right before they were pulled off the shelves.  I haven't been able to find any since then.  That was one of my top taste to value sticks and I miss them dearly.

Never done em with the skin on... I always trim up up as much as I can, there's plenty of fat in butts to keep em moist! I love your taste in smokers! I got that same model, and I've been very happy with it. They sure look good.

I'm about 35 hours in, playing on PC. I've only had 2 crashes and only 1 in game bug. Seems pretty solid to me. I just finished clearing out vault 34 the other night. There's a lot of goodies in there...

That's a very clever way of drying. I've always done my beef jerky in the smoker, but my marinade is very similar to the one you posted.
