I am trying hard in your picture to see the step-off or shoulder at the cigar-ash transition area (burn area) that is there. I find it usually in older smokes. Did you notice it as you smoked it?

Non-US residents (i.e. those on visit, student visas) are still curtailed from purchasing or importing cuban cigars to the USA, as i understand it. If you meant non-US residents/citizens in other countries, then ofcourse they are within their right to do as they please. I wasnt quite sure of...

I have a couple resting. Its more the mystique of the cigar than the absolute awesome taste.

The P2 is my go to ISOM smoke! Now the Monte 2 from 06 are smoking well, but the P2 is currently just awesome!

I do believe the cigar is too *raw*. I have a few asleep in my humi for a while. The only one i smoked gave me a terrific migraine headache, so it was no fun whatsoever. Will report back when I smoke another one. Regards.
