Budapest - Párisi Udvar. Very nice hotel. Excellent location Great service. Cafe is beautiful and very highly recommended. It’s also part of the chain so for those in the know you can get a great price on a room. Of course the patio is perfect for smoking a cigar. Most hotels in Budapest are not cigar friendly

Vienna - Grand Hotel Vienna. Also nothing but praise for this one. Location is perfect. Prices are very decent again part of a chain so ( though I did go a little higher for the balcony ). Hotel has a nice outside bar where you can smoke a cigar.
