I'm by no means a betting expert but I do watch a lot of college ball when I can. Personally, I would not make that bet.

I looked it up; Washington last beat them in '94. They've played four times since then and OSU won by 10+ with the last matchup being the 2018/19 Rose Bowl where OSU won by 5.
