CigarPage is planning to build the world's largest cigar store, with:

24,000-square-feet of retail space, with 32-foot ceilings

4,000-square-feet of outdoor patio space

Indoor seating for more than 200 patrons

A full-service bar with 42 beers on tap

A second story, mezzanine lounge

A 20-foot-tall stone fireplace

And a 4,400 square foot retail humidor holding 750,000 cigars

This is about an hour and a half from me. I'd come visit once in a while. I used to go to CI out there once or twice a year when I smoked more.

Im not sure about the price part. I read this as a 2fer for them. Interweb pics of their current operation is pretty bare bones and may be rented. They get free warehouse and office space and gain another revenue source from this new public space.

If their prices bump up they loose their biggest selling point. CI is now matching them w free shipping. So CI has them on their radar....which is something worth noticing.
