Sure but that's what I mean can't any retail establishment that wants to allow smoking just say "we are a private club" and then charge a membership fee for all of it's customers and then give them that money back on their first cigar purchase? Wouldn't this get them around the public place BS?

Hey sweet the 2 guys in front are my friends Tony and Blake, they don't smoke cigars really but were nice enough to come out and enjoy the fine weather with me. They were even a little hungover.

not sure if this has been posted but I was looking at cigars international and came across an interesting description of a cigar and some things just made me pause for a second and say "Wow". I find this very amusing.
