I had the exact same experience with TNT, albeit long distance. The cigars were moldy as hell. There were even mold spots on the lid of the box. I asked the guy if he thought that was plume, too, and he said, "Yes." :rolleyes:

I'll second the Sancho Panza maduros, and the Sancho Panza Extra Fuertes if you like a stronger smoke. JR has good prices on them. I also like the Nicaraguan 3000's from Famous.

Which Havana VI's are giving you trouble? I just polished off a box of Hermosos, and don't recall any flaws.

I've never had a problem with either the browns or reds. I'd say each was pretty much perfect. I've only had two whites, and both had wrapper problems.

Very nice! I couldn't find much info when I converted mine last year, so I just drilled it and mounted the tower. I wish now I had the reinforcement like yours, but it's holding up just fine. Good luck with carbonating! It can be a pain getting the bugs worked out. But it's a labor of love. :D
