I saw these new cigars at the shoppe today. They come in a special box and there are maybe 8 to a box. They have a nice elongated footbal shape to them. I would have picked one up but they were 25 bucks. They had DC, Cuesta Rey, and one other kind. Each cigar fit into its own little hole...

I agree with the Monte Cristo White. I think they are too bland, but they would be a good first cigar. Also, Aroma de Cuba, Fuente (the ones without the cedar wrapping and with the green label seem to me milder than the ones with the cedar or the SG black labels). What about a Macanudo Hyde...

I tried one of these about a year and 1/2 ago. I have smoked several of the Robustos and I think they are pretty good. They seem pretty mild to medium to me. I tried either the Toro or the Tubo and it seemed quite a bit spicier to me. I think these are good cigars, but I havent smoked one in...

Where does a newbie find a Fog like that? I havent been able to figure out what a FOG is to tell the truth. I know it must refer to somebody that has been around for a long time and knows cigars really well, but I dont know what it stands for. Sorry for the thread crap.

This is my go to beer. I love it. Lately I have been drinking Bridgeport IPA. It has hints of Apple and Grapefruit and is a little fruitier than the Sierra Nevada.

Customer service was great, they shipped 5 cigars to me after I sent them an email politely explaining my problem. They didnt give me an answer, but over humidification was probably the culprit, as suggested earlier.

Do you guys toast the foot of your cigar first or do you just light it up? I used to toast my cigars but I couldnt see that it was adding anything to the experience, so I quit. Is there any reason to toast your cigars or is it just personal preference?

Tell you what, Bill. You send me 5 of your best cigars out of that humidor and I will test them for plastic odor taste. I will compare them to the ones in my humidor that contains no plastic odor. Sound good?
