Just thought I would ask. Which type of wrapper do you prefer? Natural or Maduro? (and perhaps...why?) I'm still new to cigars...and haven't had the opportunity to try a Maduro.

What is your goal? Training is one part of the equation. Food/nutrition is the other. Rest/recovery is the last part. Calories burnt does not mean anything w/o comparing your calorie intake. If you're not consuming enough calories, you will not grow muscle nor recovery properly...

Thanks for the advice guys. My humidor is still seasoning... but since it has gotten soooo HOT in LA, I've already made the decision to purchase a Vinotemp. There is just no other way to keep the cigars at a "reasonable" temperature w/o using either a wine cooler or having the a/c running...
