I prefer to buy boxes over hunting down singles.
I cut the cap an let em sit in the humidor for a week or so. If still a little tight, put in a sandwich bag and throw in the freezer for 2hrs. That fixes the draw about 75% of the time.

Just use Google Photos and be up to date with the Free solutions. I use Google Photos by default for my phone cam photos. I use Adobe for my "good" photos. CreativeSync is outright amazing.
I also wanted to add, I find it amazing that anyone with an IQ over 85 would purposely purchase a home within 4 miles of a storage facility. I wouldn't build a home within 1 mile of a high pressure gas transmission line either. Nothing lasts forever, everything is bound to fail at some point...
