I bought these as part of CI's Padilla Sampler right before the Holidays! It's a shame I couldn't have bought (10) of these 15ct samplers. When I got the 1948 I wasn't expecting much considering the...
While I must inform you the day after Easter my front porch BLEW UP!!! At first I thought spontaneous combustion, it's been so hot. Upon further inspection I did find what looked like a USPS Priority mail box (the BIG one) and a bunch of PRIMO...I mean PRIMO sticks Anejo, Opus, Padilla, Pepin...
I had the OWR Corojo when it first came out, good cigar. I thought for the price $12+ it didn't live up to my expectations. I also just read that RP X-OUTS are the exact cigar without the banding. I've seen bundles of 15 selling for around $40.
Great review! I have (2) Beli's sitting in my humidor. It's really going to sadden me burning them..lol I had one a few months back and I agree very balanced, great taste, but the beli got very harsh towards the end.
Thanks, Newfie. When I say initial I was thinking 2-3 years. The U.S. is not going to be cigar friendly anytime soo so that will counteract, some of that demand. As well as these BS taxbills trying to be passed.

The U.S. according to reports is going to continue the embargo. I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Most people think quality of cigars will fall if the embargo is lifted, but I think that's only initial. I think the US demand will eventually decrease some and quality of cigars will...
I think humidors are like any other item, from vacuum cleaners to cars. You have the base model and a much improved/advanced model with lots more bells and whistles. I think the main problem with cheap humidors is they are copied off a design, which are copied and often look like more...
I definitely think certain soil irregularities probably caused this. Interesting article on the subject:

Congrats! Where and when you smoke cigars, will be the least of your problems over the next few montsh. Get ready for...'when are you getting married....when are you getting married...when are you getting married'. Oh, then there's the lovely wedding planning which feels like it will last an...
I definitely think the extra transit time, effected your smokes. I notice it a little more in the winter time, maybe the dryer air. I ordered a box of smokes and took about 6 days to ship and they just looked and felt dry. Didn't have that slight give to them. I had to have a BBF so after...
Just saw TO's interview, very humble.. sniff...sniff....it's all to GOD. We lost as a team....sniff....sniff.
I got a bowl of popcorn for you and it's BLUE!!!
I smoked one a few weeks back. Mine had severe tunneling and the ash was VERY FLAKEY. Fairly mil-med in the beginning and very very intense toward the end. Nice sweet tobacco, espresso and slight almond taste.
