It's awesome to see everyone posting pictures of their local brews.  It's a great time to be a beer drinker in the States. 

Pyramid's Oktoberfest is pretty good.  I'm going to try more this year, hopefully add a couple more that hit the spot. 

Bent Paddle Golden IPA.  I wonder if Alan has had this beer.  A fantastic regular release, brewed in Duluth, MN, and available all along the North Shores. 

  Coconut is difficult to bring out in beer and the flavor fades out in short time.  The last stout I brewed with coconut, I dropped two pounds into the secondary.  It still fell short of where I wanted it. 

Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA.  Terrible.  Simply terrible.  The blend of hops is just all floral.  Bleh. 

You should meet some Maasai kids (East Africa).  They greet their elders by bowing their heads.  You then gently place your palm on the top of their head in return.  It's the purest sign of respect I've ever seen from kids, and every last one of them does it.

I'll second the Cohiba Maduro Secretos.  You could sort of tell that maybe it would be a decent cigar, but they were impossible to smoke.  Tight, plugged, whatever.  I tried everything imaginable to get a draw.  Nothing.  And I had a fiver.  Each cigar was the same bullshit. 

I'm hopeful.
