I managed to get 3 bottles of the standard on Friday. All the stores had a 2 bottle maximum at $9.99 each. It's irks me that we've been crying for more here for years and they're sending it to big box stores in other states.

According to the Goose Island website It's released in November.  Now... how long it takes it to show up in stores, if at all is a whole different story.

I don't recall ever receiving any tobacco products via FedEx. My guess is they didn't ship enough to make a difference so decided to use it as a marketing ploy.
