New development! ecieved an email that says 'claim issued'. Guess they got tired of my complaining or gave up looking for it. Does anyone know what the procedure is for the next step, besides waiting i mean.

I sent out a package and have been getting the runaround since i dropped off the package, the manager at my local store is trainin g a new manager, even customer service is giving me no information. :angry: I dropped the package off on the 3rd of this month and the trace was started on the 11th...

Thank you all! I really spent the entire day with with my grandkids at the 'Walk with the dinosaurs' in Rosemont, Il. Had some libations with a few friends and lit up a few of those foreign cigars everyone always talks about. All in all a great day! :) :thumbs: :D

Checked the 3F website and it describes Alpha Klaus as follows: Seasonal release in November. "A big American English porter brewed with chocolate malt, Mexican sugar and tons of strange American hops". Sounds interesting to me. :love:
