Just finished a private reserve label from my local smoke shop. Very nice, especially for the money. (I've paid a lot more for worse in the past.) I'll post a more complete review once the tobacconist fills me in on the blend.

Just bought a box of Don Carlos Reserva #4. They had the warning inside the box printed on a sticker. I am very glad that it was on a sticker. Now I won't have to look at it every time I open the cabinet.

I try for 65-67 % myself. Of course, I live in the Ohio valley which makes humidity regulation of any kind a challenge. :)

Hmmm. Cubans give me a nasty case of morning after bad breath, just like Dominicans, Hondurans, and Nicaraguans. The only sure-fire cure for cigar breath I've found is Indian food. After I've been to an Indian restaurant, I reek of garlic and spices. That seems to nicely mask the cigar...

Just my two yen, but I at least unwrap the box when I put it in my coolerdor. One of the two cigar shops I regularly buy from keeps their cigars very wet. If I didn't unwrap the box it would be a lot longer before they had dried out enough to smoke. (I prefer my cigars at about 65% RH)
