Needed a haircut today so I tried out a little barbershop here in town. the guy runnin the show was this really old little man. Guy was very nice and the shop was very nostalgic, but in the end, I got some good conversation, but a really messed up haircut ;)

go 250 ish and just keep an eye on them. If they are foiled up they will come apart quick. Probably max 2.5 hours in foil at that temp. Catch em before they start falling apart and finish them on the grill with sauce!
I really enjoy cooking prime rib in my smoker, but like some of you said, its not typically a "low and slow" type of cook. at least I haven't tried it that way yet. Next time I do one I will post up some pictures of the process.
