I had this Gastown to me too. The girl behind the bar rang me up and before even asking started to roast the foot. I didn't notice any difference though. No charred taste or anything. But i still wouldn't let her light my cigar again.
I know I should have grabbed one. It's the stigma of it I guess. A little immature of me, but it got me. I have a super wide range on my pallet. I can smoke infused and enjoy it, and then have a full bodied very spicy cigar and enjoy that too.
I'll try anything by Saka. Recently tried the Stillwell line. The Navy was a little too mild, but interesting. Putting pipe tobacco in cigars is new to me. I have heard it has been done before, but this was my first experience with it. Not bad, but the Brulee is much better imo.

I'm still trying to figure out which size I like best. Different brands taste better in different sizes, so it's not cut n dry. Thought I was into the 60 ring gauges recently as I prefer more flavor than strength, but I found that to be wrong, most sticks were like smoking air. More trial and...
LMAO!!!! A buddy of mine was on the receiving end of donated cigars. I was about 25 when I was in Iraq and thought Ghurkas were ultra premium because their labels were so cool.
