I had basically the same thing happen. Package showed up at Spotsylvania local branch office, then updated to out for delivery, then went back to the local office, and then was returned to Richmond Virginia about an hour south of me. Finally, came back to Spotsylvania before it was delivered...

I posted about this in another thread on Friday. No fuel means not much electricity, and a lot of airlines are canceling flights to Cuba. There's a lot more to that as well.
