Some of the best Merlot I have had in a long time is from Pride Family Vineyards or a very good Cabernet is from Larkmead Vineyards in Napa. Also for a excellent Zinfandel try Karmere in Amador County. Just a few of my favorites........

I was in the DR last year and picked up a couple of bottles....you have to transport it dry though. They won't let you fly with any liquid in the mix. I have been refilling it all year with rum, red wine and honey. Tastes just like it did when I bought it and was told it will last for 10+...

I was in DR last year and went through the same thing. They swore that the sticks were real. Looked just like the pictures.

Hey NorCalCigarLover next time you go to Bointano make sure you stop into Pasos Winery. Antonio Pasos makes great italian style wines. He makes wine out of grapes most peopel don't use. Also, a nice little winery in the same Vino Piaza complex is Mokuleme Oaks. A real nice guy named Manny...

Whenever I go in there he is always very informative and nice. I've taken some friends in there that weren't sure what they wanted to smoke and he was very helpful to them.

I have a recliner that my wife didn't want in the house anymore. I put it in the garage in between the two car garage door and the single car door, with an old end table for my ashtray and to hold my glass of scotch. In this kind of weahter I just sit and watch the rain or whatever...

The one with the cable car up the mountain is Sterling and they are OK. Avoid Opus One, they are overpriced and everybody drinks their wine becasue it's expensive and they can say that they have a bottle of Opus One. One of the best wineries in or around Napa is a little winery called Larkmead...

Geeeeez....I'm a newbie and i can tell those are horrible. They look just the ones I saw when I was in the Dominican Republic this year. One box even had a bunch of sand inside the sealed box.
