1 Year at CP, where does the time go

One year has passed, and boy have I learned a lot.

A lot has changed for me in the past year. One year ago today I was sitting in Baghdad, trying to find as much information on cigars as possible as it had became more than just a hobby for me. Enter Cigar Pass

Here I am a year later, a civilian, feeling now that I know less about cigars than I did a year ago. Not because I haven't learned, but because I've learned how much there is to know. My passion for the hobby has grown ten fold, due to Cigar Pass and it's members. I went from a 20ct humidor with a green sponge, to a 500ct with beads and a 100ct with beads (both busting at the seams now).

I owe many thanks to many members on this site, so I won't even attempt to name them in fear of excluding a few. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for making this the best Cigar Community on the web and for having me as part of it. I hope that in addition to absorbing a load of information, I have also been able to contribute a bit here and there.

There will be no contest to celebrate my 1 year, rather I've taken the liberty of sending out a few bombs to some unexpecting BOTLs.

I like the photo, and I think that's a great idea. Although the testosterone may prohibit some from saying so, there's an awful lot of gd love being passed around here. And that's really why I like this community. I keep saying it and saying it, probably a third of my posts are me blowing hot air up cigarpass' skirt, but I will keep saying it.

We live in a world where acts of kindness are not the norm. And that shit isn't right. But this community is right.

Congrats on your anniversary. This is what I've found that makes this forum so special.....people take you for who you really are and are truly generous when you need help.
