Hey, everyone. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a cheap,($30 and under, preferably) mild-medium bodied bundle that's "everyday smoke" worthy?

I've got a small humidor full of 1-2 of my "old" faithfuls(fonseca, cusano m1, don diego...I told you I'm a noob lightweight, ahah) but I just built a nice-sized tupperdore that I'm looking to fill with something I can afford to smoke just about everyday. For the past few months, I've been smoking 1-2 a week, but..yeah, I'm 'fraid that's going to stop, hah. That's just not cutting it, anymore. :p

There are so many out there that I just don't know where to start! Thanks in advance!

do the newbie sampler thread... minimum is $50 I believe, but you'll get an unbelievable selection of smokes to try and enjoy.

Gotta second the Consuegra's! I've been very happy with them for everyday smokes!

You can check out a huge range of them at JRcigar.com!

Well for 30 bucks I would say you can't go wrong with the Connies, but if you want to step up a few more bucks go with a box of Sancho Panza Double Maduros. The La Manchas are 35 bucks and are my favorite. You can get a box of Placensia Magnums for about 40 bucks and they are very good. THese are my 3 daily smokes! Hope this helps

Ditto on the Consuegras and Tampa Sweethearts.

Never hurts to take a look at the auctions on Cigarbid.com, nor to get signed up for the weekly email special at JR

Enjoy discovering... :)

For 135 bucks you can't go wrong with El Rey del los Habanos Jose Pepin Garcia red label bundles. Made in the USA and blended by a genius. They're not cheap, but good cigars rarely are.

Doc.

I've had good experience with Consuegreas (as mentioned), and JR Alternatives. Another cheapie that I recently discovered are Cedar Fresh maduros. They are made by Nestor Plasencia...they are little petite coronas and are VERY good. Can be had for 30 or 40 dollars from Cigar International.

Thanks alot, guys! There seem to be quite a few Consuegra fans..I may have to give those a try.

I just set-up an account with cigarbid.com, so I'll be on the look out for what you've all suggested.

Thanks, again!

I'll second the suggestion for the Rocky Patel seconds. I haven't tried the seconds, but I really love the regular Vintage line. These are on my list for September (already spent Augusts $).

The consuegras aren't a bad choice either. You can get Perdomo2 mistakes bundles on c-bid for $35-40 shipped. IMO both of these need time down though, so if you want something to smoke now, go with the RP seconds.

A box of the Sancho Panza Double Maduro Quixote is on my "keep a box" list. I found the Placensia butt, didn't find em for less than $50.

my favorite is the Old Fashioned bundles from Mike's, $20-25 a bundle

Although they don't come in under $35, I can second the recommendation for the RP Vintage seconds. I've got a bundle of the 1992 Toros in my desktop that are quite nice and a good deal (IMO) at $45 for the bundle of 15.

I'm also enjoying some RP Edge X-Outs (seconds, Torpedo Corojo) that ran $70 per box of 20.

I'm definitely gonna refer to this thread again, though. A lot of other recommendations I'm willin' to try.

You can get a box of edge seconds for $40'ish from here
Just as good as the regulars and cheaper than x-outs.

I forgot where, but for the same $35ish price for vintage seconds theres a place that sells them in bundles of 15...I will look.
