Well this weekend did not end up with any dead elk in the freezer but my son and I put a lot of miles on our boots and managed to get some very cool pictures here are a few for you all to enjoy rp

We ran into a group of wild Horses I have never had the pleasure of seeing them in the wild one male in the group was not happy with us being there.

hope you all enjoy this is my favorite time of year to go into eastern Oregon Especially the Ochoco Mountains rp

That looks awesome. Thanks for sharing.

So pretty! Bottom looks the most like Texas, just take out all the mountains, add a couple Mesquite trees, a few cows, and a grasshopper-oil rig, and you're set!

I spend the summer in Midland Texas you forgot to add a tornado and thunderstorm to the pic!

haha! I don't know, in Midland you might be better off with a little sand and some cactus. :sign:

As a city boy I would KILL to see wild horses. That is great! That's one of my goals over the next year...to see more of the outdoors in this country of ours. I have been checking out some other forums trying to find someone to take me hunting for the first time. There are a lot of childrens' programs but not a lot for adults starting out in hunting.

Don't forget the occasional tumbleweed. My in-laws live there and on a windy day I've seen some the size of Suburbans in that part of the country!

Petthefish, very nice pics, btw.

Dude, I think I saw something shiny under one of those trees, did you lose a cigar cutter? :whistling:

If you ever want to make it our Oregon way I am sure I can put you in some places in the middle of no wear that will blow your mind.
