Hillbilly Steaks
Dr. BBQ
I've been thinking about adding a new item to the Hillbilly Steaks arsenal, but I wanted to get a little feedback on it first.
Where I live I have nearly unlimited access to good cooking woods such as Hickory and Red/White Oak. These are fantastic to use for cooking and are limited to certain areas of the country. So I'm thinking about starting to sell boxes of the wood. I would more then likely sell them per flat rate shipping box. Since the flat rate boxes are limited to size and not weight, you'd get as much as I could pack into a flat rate box, for a fee which will have to be determined.
you guys get the jist of it.
I'm even doing a poll for this one. For the purpose of the poll, lets say use an example.
1 box of Hickory strips. 1 Full flat rate box. $18 + the $8 shipping costs.
By the way, the wood is cut in rectangular sections that average probably 1 x 3 inches. It can be burned by itself or added to charcoal for that great wood flavor.
