When I got my poormans tower of power fired up a few months ago I wanted to start w fresh 65% beads. The 65% from Heartfelt in my old rig were almost 20 yrs old and I wanted a clean slate. So I ordered 2.5 lbs. Fast forward a couple months and it never really stayed at 65%. It always floated at 70. I re calibrated the hygrometers a couple times thinking something was out of whack there. No dice.
I reached out to RH a month or so ago and explained the situation . I told them I suspected some 70 beads were maybe mislabeled. They responded quickly and offered up a new batch shipped to me on their dime, no real questions asked even after a couple months of use. I in turn offered to send back what I was sent originally to make things good. They provided a shipping label for them.
Now after a month or so things are where they should be at 65 consistently. Where they mislabeled I dunno.....but something was definitely amiss.
With the interweb what it is, it is easy to bash vendors and that takes like no effort. I thought it was worth my time to point out their excellent CS.
