I am going to make some ABT;S ( Atomic Buffalo Turds ) on the weekend and i was wondering if you fellow BOTL have some advice on prep and cooking them.
I have the Jalapenos, cheese, bacon, chorizos and a hickory sauce, any advice would be great because i have never made them before. ???

Well, I'm not able to link you to the threads for some reason. There are several up in the food section, I recently posted one in a Jalapeno thread and ELittle has one in his "Brisket, Ends and ABTs" thread. Good luck, let us know how they turned out.

Thanks for the info on the food section,i will post on this thread to let you know how they turned out.

It was teaming down with rain so i had to cook my ABT'S in the oven, even so they turned out well and everyone said they were great . Next time i will smoke them in the BBQ.

Hey fair go BOTL ,it was 50F. outside and we got a month worth of rain in 12 hours and the rain was almost horizontal ,as well as strong winds. And to top it off my cigar would have got wet.

I don't know Brent, all I'm hearing are excuses.

Last I checked, Brent BBQ'd in a freakin' snowstorm while smoking a nicely aged ACID Kuba-Kuba.

I don't know about smoking the ACID, but BBQ'ing in a snow storm is nothing new. As for BBQ'ing in the rain...I own a set of Frog Toggs, it's not that bad.

Ok you guy's win.I have BBQ,d in the rain before but this time i could'nt be f#cked , so just call me sooky lala
