I have always liked rum, but over the past months, I am REALLY liking rums.
Currently Drinking Zaya Gran Reserva and Macorix Rebel / Gran Reserva

What aged sipping rum are you into....

Zacapa 23 is very good. I’ll look for other names. There are a few.

Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva - pretty good
Brugal 1888 Doblemente Añejado - not bad, drinks more like a Burbon
Don Q Gran Reserva - only had 2 samples, need more time with it

Appleton rums are next up on my list

not sure I will try anything Plantation, got a bottle of OG Dark, and it wasn't even good for mixing

OK Rate in order for me. Help me decide my next purchase currently Zaya Gran Reserva is my favorite followed by Diplamatico RE

Bumbu original
Bumbu XO
Don Madras 5x5
Appleton 12
Zapaca 23

Thanks in advance

For the money I REALLY like the Zaya

Appleton 12. It's a good gateway into Jamaican rums without being crazy.

Have you tried anything from Foursquare? As well as the Foursquare brand itself, Doorly's, Real McCoy, R.L. Seale, and Old Brigand are all distilled at Foursquare. Old Brigand is a bargain (believe it's a Total Wine exclusive).
