I assume there are plenty of brothers and sisters here who suffer from inflammation and arthritis as I do. A friend told me an amazing story about the benefit of Ahi flower so I bought some. He said he got incredible relief from knee pain in roughly one week.

I started taking it on fathers day, 8 days ago, and I am happy to say that the results have been amazing! Knee pain is 90% gone, neck and shoulders are better, and the general pain in my hands is virtually gone.

Given that it has only been 8 days, it could be coincidence but I am walking with no knee pain and that's pretty amazing given what the last month or so has been!

Glad to hear it has helped you out. I'm going to add it to my regimen of supplements. About 6 months ago I put together a list of things that helped for inflammation to target my lifelong migraines. I went from having week-long headaches every other week to getting a minor day-long headache maybe once every couple months.

Ever try sardines packed in oil?
My sis in law eats them and it stops her migraines
